Renewing Your Mind

Posted by Vancollins On May - 11 - 2009

In chapter 16 of “Intensive Faith Therapy”, we look at the huge job we have of renewing our minds. Notice that God has not promised to renew our minds for us. This is something that we must do ourselves. No one can do it for us.

We looked at the scripture as recorded in Romans 12:2. We saw that we are not to be conformed to this world but we are to be transformed by the renewing of our minds. We cannot do things like the world does. We cannot focus on depressing thoughts and hopeless ideas. We must transform or change our way of thinking. Our thinking must be so that we are able to prove that good, acceptable and perfect will of God.
